Hubs and Presentation Room are currently closed and not available for booking. Pods remain open.
To book Library Room Facilities, PET students will need to sign in to the Full-Time Student Portal.
Once logged in, click on TP Online Student.
Select Other Services > Student Facilities > Self-Booking of Facilities.
Select Date, Resource and Timeslot(s), then click on Proceed to Book.
Double-check your booking details and click Confirm Booking to proceed.
Your booking is confirmed after seeing a Success window. An email confirmation has also been sent to your student email.
The system will automatically navigate to My Bookings page.
To cancel future bookings, go to My Bookings page.
Select which booking to cancel, then click on Cancel Booking.
Double-check your cancellation details and click on Yes to confirm the cancellation.
