Feeling a little down and unhappy every now and then is normal, but you should reach out for help if your mood has lasted for at least some weeks and is having a severely negative impact on daily life. Talk to a trusted adult or someone who is trained to help with mental health issues. Note: Please be very careful with mental health groups on social media (e.g. Instagram, Telegram, Facebook) as the person responding may not be a qualified professional.
