How to renew the e-book?

There is no renew function. Please search for the e-book using Poly LibSearch and download again.

What happens after the loan period?

Downloaded or viewed online e-books will automatically expire after loan period. There is no action needed on your part, and no overdue fines to worry about.

Problem with accessing e-book

Just like regular hardcopy library books, e-books have limits on how many patrons can borrow or read the e-book at the same time. If you are unable to click on Read Online or Download, this means that someone else is currently using the book. You should try again later or another day. The e-book page displays information on when the next copy would be available again.

If you face difficulty with downloading due to slow network speed, please try to read online instead.

If you are still facing problems, please screengrab the error messages and email it to libacq@tp.edu.sg
